Submission Form

If you have a success story to submit about your school’s nutrition/wellness initiatives, we want to hear about it! Please take a few minutes to complete the form below. We will review your submission and may publish the information on the Tray Talk website or in other School Nutrition Association materials. Please provide contact information so that we can reach you for more information if we decide to publish your success story.

    1. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit; and you license to School Nutrition Association all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content for publication on the Service pursuant to these Terms of Service.
    2. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. However, by submitting Content to the School Nutrition Association, you hereby grant the School Nutrition Association a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute, the Content in connection with the function of Tray Talk. You also hereby grant each user of Tray Talk a non-exclusive license to access your Content through Tray Talk, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Content as permitted through the functionality of Tray Talk and under these Terms of Service.
    3. You further agree that Content you submit to the Service will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission.
    4. You further agree that you will not submit to the Service any Content or other material that is contrary to the School Nutrition Association guidelines, currently found at http://www.schoolnutrition.org/Content.aspx?id=496, which may be updated from time to time, or contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
